Management Trainee Programme with leading housebuilder Hill
Top 20 housebuilder Hill is currently recruiting for a number of trainee positions to start in September 2017 in site management, surveying and technical departments. The positions will be either based on site or from their Bicester regional office.
This is a fantastic opportunity to study for a BSc (Hons) degree whilst receiving a generous salary, potential for a company car after three years and a guaranteed job on graduation!
Founded in 1999 by Andy Hill, the company develops, builds and sells properties which are bespoke in design. They also build homes for their housing association and local authority partners.

60 young men and women are currently developing their careers on the trainee programme and over 20% of their staff are either graduates of, or are currently participating in, the programme and many graduate trainees now work in senior management positions.

Entry requirements
In order to apply for a place on the Management Trainee Programme, you will need to be in your final year of A Levels or BTEC Extended Diploma in Construction.
