OSEP is organising a host of opportunities to engage with social enterprises across Oxfordshire

Social Saturday is an initiative of Social Enterprise UK to promote Social Enterprise across the country, this year being held on Saturday October 15th. OSEP is working with Social Enterprise UK, and local partners including Oxford City Council and the Local Enterprise Partnership to help support and coordinate a range of activities to coincide with this during w/c 10th October.

These will include some VIP visits to Social Enterprises, presence at local markets, encouraging Social Enterprises to open up their organisations to showcase their work and welcome visitors. We are already in touch with press and media, with a view to raise awareness and highlight the brilliant work and impacts of local Social Enterprises.

But in the meantime, please let us know if you have any ideas for activities or events, or would be happy to open up your premises to welcome visitors and other Social Enterprises. If you already work closely with other Social Enterprises, you might like to consider working together to make more or an impact.
