The Oxfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership has a key role to play in planning and enabling growth.  This role is increasingly important as the county’s transport networks come under ever greater pressure.

By 2020 we will aim to:
  • Reduce the distance and barriers between the core economic areas and enable people to get from where they live to where they work
  • Improve accessibility of international connections to national hubs and airports
  • Reduce congestion on strategic highway link i.e. A34 / A40
