O2i, Opportunities to Inspire, is a service provided by the Oxfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership (OxLEP) to foster links between education and business across Oxfordshire. O2i will be co-ordinating the O2i Advisers Network to support employer interactions in schools.

O2i Advisers will join a nationwide network of high calibre volunteers with experience of employment or self-employment. They will work with O2i to support schools to navigate the range of possible employer interactions. O2i Advisers will work closely with the leadership team of a specific school to create a whole school strategy for careers, enterprise and employer engagement. The network relies on volunteers from businesses alongside dedicated representatives from schools.
