Openworks is Oxford's newest co-working office space purpose-built for creative entrepreneurs, social innovators, freelancers and anyone in between.

Openworks offers an environment where businesses can thrive: a tailor-made space where innovators and creators work side-by-side.  Everyone that becomes a member of Openworks is expected to give something to our community: a useful tip, organising an event or a free consultation. Entrepreneurial ventures work better in collaboration.

• Tailoring Openworks to you. The desks and chairs are ergonomic, the meeting rooms are large enough for a team meeting and the relaxing area has everything you need for some quality downtime.

• Mixing work with pleasure. Openworks understand the need to focus as much as we recognise the importance of a coffee break. We have a great relaxing area with more than enough re-energising coffee. We also organise weekly socials (it helps that we have a pub two doors down) and monthly get-togethers to help build strong relationships between co-workers.

• Sharing community. Openworks work closely with other members to create a collaborative, creative environment. Members are expected to support the community by providing their expertise and advice to other members. They have a members only Slack board, with collaboration and mutual benefit at its heart.

• Creating world-changing solutions. Whether it's a specific project or an entrepreneurial venture, Openworks want to support individual teams that have a desire to put the fruits of their labour to the best use possible. They will do all we can to help you achieve your world-changing solutions.
