The Oxford Trust are pleased to announce that applications are now open for The Oxford Trust Enterprise Awards.

The Enterprise Awards celebrate the achievements of science and innovation of companies across Oxfordshire and the region. The awards recognise the amazing tenacity and hard work of innovative entrepreneurs who are pushing the boundaries of science and technology.
 

There are three categories open to applications all with cash prizes:

• Martin and Audrey Wood Enterprise Award

An award of £5,000 for overall achievement in innovation aimed at science, technology and engineering-based companies who have spotted an opportunity in a niche market and created a new concept that not only meets this need but also benefits the wider community.

• Young entrepreneur of the year

An award of £2500 which recognises the exceptional young entrepreneurs in the region (operating in companies that are less than 5 years old) and the impact that they have had on the science and innovation landscape.

• Innovative company of the year

An award of £2500 and free IP strategy audit to celebrate new up and coming companies less than 5 years old across the region and the impact they’ve had on the science and innovation landscape. This award is kindly sponsored by Marks & Clerk LLP.
 

The deadline for applications is Friday 11^th September 2015 with the winners announced at the award ceremony on Thursday 19^th November 2015.
