The UK now has 34 universities in the Times Higher Education ranking of the world's top 200 institutions.

Oxford has climbed to 2nd place while Cambridge and Imperial College also make the top 10 in fourth and eighth places respectively. The University of Oxford has 19,919 students in September 2015, 34% of that number are international students and the overall gender ratio is 46:54 Female to Male respectively. This news comes soon after Oxfordshire was named the most innovative county in the UK.
