£10 million Optimising Food Composition competition now open
Innovate UK’s £10 million Optimising Food Composition competition is now open.
This competition will fund projects that reduce either salt, sugar, fat and/or increase dietary fibre across the whole food chain from primary production to food manufacturing.
The competition will fund project costs between £250,000 to £1 million at funding rates between 50% to 70% depending on the size of the business.
