This joint initiative between Design Council and MedCity, supported by AXA PPP healthcare, has been designed to identify and support the brightest emerging medical technology businesses in London and the south-east, developing solutions to manage long-term conditions and promote independent living.

This is your opportunity to see the final cohort of ventures as they pitch their business ideas to our panel of experts - made up of clinicians, designers and consumers. The panel will be chaired by Roger Highfield, science journalist, broadcaster and Director of External Affairs at the Science Museum Group. 

At the end of the evening, the winning ten ventures will be announced, who all receive a ten-week intensive programme of support from Design Council and MedCity to develop their innovation.

There will also be a showcasing of the best in recent medical innovations from Imperial Innovations and introducing the AXA PPP Health Tech Awards 2016.
