Businesses encouraged to take part in Artweeks
Oxfordshire Artweeks are encouraging businesses in the Vale of White Horse to share their space with local artists in 2016. During May next year artists and crafts people will have an opportunity to exhibit their work at nearly 500 exhibitions throughout the county, ranging from group exhibitions in large public spaces to individual artists showing in their own homes or studios. And now they want businesses to take part in the the county’s biggest visual arts festival and enjoy a share of 100,000 visitors.
Does your business have space to exhibit local art? Examples of good exhibition space include a car or kitchen showroom, an airy foyer, entrance or reception, or a meeting room?
Vale of White Horse District Council will be hosting an exhibition at the council office reception at Abbey House in Abingdon, and are encouraging businesses to also take part.
