Some firms in the digital and science sectors have reported difficulties in being able to recruit workers from outside of the EU as a result of the Government's immigration rules. Oxford Economics is investigating the extent to which this is a problem, the nature and impact of the difficulties encountered, and potential improvements to the current system.

The study team would like to conduct short interviews (of no more than 5-10 minutes) with firms which have recruited or considered recruiting skilled workers from outside the EU during the last five years.
