The drive to innovation in the NHS is mirrored elsewhere in the economy. All enterprises know that, to maintain a  leading edge position and to adapt to the challenges of the future, they will need to innovate.

But how is the capacity and capability for innovation grown and nurtured in  individuals and in organisations?

Thames Valley HIEC offers their partners the chance to come and hear three perspectives on innovation at our next Partnership event, which will be held on 15th October at the Kassam Stadium, Oxford from 4.00pm. Our speakers are Dr. Sandip Mitra (identified by the HSJ as one of the NHS Top Innovators); John Klee, from the innovative company, 3M; and Professor Peter Dobson, a leading academic and facilitator of innovation.
