Farm to Fork - Luscious Lamb

Farmers Clare and Rupert have received a LEADER grant to support their small sheep farm based in North Oxfordshire to expand and become more sustainable. The grant will pay towards a bespoke food trailer from which they will sell their home grown lamb in delicious dishes at events and festivals. The grant will support them to:

• create a number of jobs
• increase their turnover 
• add value to their lamb product and shorten the food supply chain
