A qualified economist and Fellow of the RSA with a successful 35 year career in UK industry, Adrian Lockwood is currently Chief Executive of Integration Technology Ltd - an award winning Oxfordshire based technology business which he founded in 2000. The company is an active member of several networking groups, including the CBI, Oxfordshire Business First, Bicester Vision and Bicester Chamber of Commerce.

With a passion for Skills development, Adrian chaired the independent review committee in 2011 which recommended the formation of the present Oxfordshire Skills Board which he has chaired since its inception. He is also currently deputy chair of the Oxfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership (OxLEP); sits on the Local Growth Board; and is a founding Governor of one of Oxfordshire's new Free Schools.

Married with two children, away from work Adrian is a keen yachtsman with a love of classical music.
