Bob Bradley is Executive Chairman of MD2MD, which provides leadership development peer groups for SME Managing Directors and other business leaders across the country. Bob has a very broad experience of business; his career has seen him work with and for both large blue chip companies and small independent businesses. He has himself led as Managing Director or Chief Executive two private businesses, a corporate subsidiary (£45M revenues / 500 staff), an AIM listed company and a family owned business, including both B2B business and B2C consumer activities. Through running MD2MD and providing other coaching, mentoring and non-executive services he has helped on a commercial basis, over 200 business leaders to raise their game and achieve more success for their business. He is also Chair of Governors of a £7M revenues comprehensive academy school, a member of the Finance & Resources Committee of Oxford Brookes University and vice-president of the Oxfordshire Chamber Chamber of Commerce.
