Caroline has been responsible for co-ordinating the University of Oxford Social Enterprise scheme since January 2012 and has been actively involved with partners at Oxford Brookes University, Oxford Student Hub and UnLtd.to support a national network of social entrepreneurs. Prior to joining the University of Oxford, Caroline worked in the not-for-profit sector as a Senior Manager and Chief Executive, leading organisations through turnaround, start-up and growth as well as mentoring for small charities and social enterprises.
