Helen leads on various skills related projects which deliver against the priorities identified within Oxfordshire’s Skills strategy. She is the project manager for Oxfordshire Work Experience and O2i, both of which link employers with schools. Helen is also the OxLEP lead for delivery of the Careers & Enterprise Company’s programmes locally.

Helen has over 17 years of experience in the education business links sector, including over two years within Young Enterprise, over 5 years within Oxfordshire Education Business Partnership and more recently within the Economy & Skills team at Oxfordshire County Council.
