Richard works with OxLEP alongside the Oxfordshire Business Support and Skills teams.

He is responsible for co-designing Oxfordshire's successful City Deal and Local Growth Deals and EU strategies that harness in excess of £180M external funding into the Oxfordshire economy. Richard's role at OxLEP includes supporting, developing and delivering its ambitious economic growth objectives locally.
