In 2014 Simone became responsible for the day to day delivery of the Oxfordshire Business Support (OBS) service, after previously working within the Invest in Oxfordshire team.

Previously, she has worked as a consultant and project manager on various overseas public management and regional development projects.

Simone is currently on maternity leave.
