Susan is Enterprise Coordinator for O2i and the Enterprise Adviser Programme, responsible for recruiting and supporting O2i’s Enterprise Advisers, volunteers, schools and colleges and managing relationships between them all.

Before joining O2i, Susan was Young Enterprise Manager for Oxfordshire, where she worked with business volunteers to deliver programmes in schools and colleges to inspire young people to gain employability skills and the confidence to succeed through enterprise.

Susan comes from a background in education, having trained to teach English as a foreign language and then going on to set up and run a successful language school in Italy for eight years. She has also been a parent governor and is passionate about raising young people’s aspirations and helping them to achieve their full potential.
