Take your creative idea to Hollywood

UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) is running a competition to give the UK’s finest creative talent access to the movers and shakers in the Hollywood film industry.

The competition is open to anyone connected to the UK film industry.

If you work in areas linked to film, such as writing, production or gaming, UKTI wants to give you the platform to demonstrate your next big idea.

Potential entries could include an idea for the next big franchise or an innovative technology that can be used for the film industry and change Hollywood.

Selected by an expert panel chaired by Iain Smith, the winner will be flown to LA in late October to take part in a tailored business programme of one-to-one meetings with key industry figures in Hollywood, and pitch their big idea to a leading heavyweight from their industry.

UKTI will work with you to perfect your pitch so you can really make your mark.

The winner will also attend the Britannia Awards and network with representatives from the US and UK film industry.
