Clare is a member of the Skills Team and works with education and training providers delivering programmes in Oxfordshire. Her main responsibilities are to ensure there are sufficient places available for young people to satisfy their ‘raising the participation age’ duty and that the curriculum on offer meets the needs of the local economy now and in the future.

Clare has worked in the education and skills sector since 1994, in various roles including MIS Manager in two Further Education Colleges, Partnership Manager for the Learning and Skills Council and Contract Manager at Oxfordshire County Council.
