Debbie works in the Oxfordshire Work Experience Team and processes work experience for all Oxfordshire schools. Part of her role is to go into schools to carry out Work Experience presentations to prepare students for their placements. She then supports schools with finding placements for their students and matching them to placements.

She also goes and visits employers who provide Work Experience placements to carry out Health & Safety assessments and Insurance checks on behalf of the schools to ensure they meet the required standards.

Debbie joined the Oxfordshire Work Experience Team in September 1998.
