Heather joined OxLEP as Business Support Manager in June 2016. She has a genuine and natural curiosity for people and business, including experience of setting up and operating her own business and over 25 years’ experience of sales and marketing within corporate, SME and micro businesses. Heather strives to help businesses succeed, and to access the support that is often available, but not readily accessed.

In her previous roles she has spoken to numerous businesses, many of whom shared the same time consuming and expensive challenge - how to start, run or successfully scale up their business. This specific knowledge and her natural curiosity to find a solution led her to her new role within Oxfordshire Business Support.
