Mike’s primary role is to visit employers who provide Work Experience placements to carry out Health & Safety assessments and Insurance checks on behalf of the schools to ensure they meet the required standards.

He will discuss the role of Oxfordshire Apprenticeships with prospective employers as well as the wider directive of the OxLep Team as a whole. Part of Mike’s role is also to go into schools to carry out Work Experience presentations to prepare students for their placements.
